By downloading, installing, or using the QR All In One mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please uninstall the application and cease using our services immediately.

2. Use License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the App. You agree to use QR All In One only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the service to generate or distribute malicious QR codes (including those leading to phishing sites, malware, or unauthorized resources).
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• Using automated systems to scrape data from our platform.
• Using the App in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with QR All In One, including logos, application branding, content assets, user interfaces, original graphics, and codebases, are owned exclusively by QR All In One and its licensors. These terms do not grant you the right to use our trademarks, branding, or logos.

4. Third-Party Links and Content

The App allows you to scan QR codes that may redirect you to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QR All In One, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted directly within the application and website. Your continued use of the services after any modifications represents your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
